First I want to commend this service for accommodating me. I had a cleaning lady scheduled to come from another APP who very unprofessionally did not show up and did not call. I was in a bind and that is how I came across them at 2:30 pm I contacted them and they reached back quickly and promised me a same day deep cleaning. Nadia arrived with all her own supplies. She is a very young, sweet and polite young lady. She worked hard and tackled all the hard to reach places that are difficult for my elderly mom to get too. She stayed for 3 hours total and worked through every minute of it and left my moms kitchen and bathroom cleaner than I have seen it is awhile. She was professional the whole time and a pleasure to have.

Rescheduling and Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Access Ensure our cleaning staff has access to your property at the scheduled time. If you have any specific instructions for entry, please provide them beforehand. You are welcome to be present during the cleaning. However, if you prefer to be away, please provide us with any necessary instructions or contact information.
Valuables We recommend securing any valuable or delicate items. While our staff is trained to handle your belongings with care, we cannot be responsible for items that are not properly secured.
Special Instructions If you have any specific cleaning requests or areas of concern, please communicate them to our staff before they begin.
Pets For the safety of your pets and our staff, please secure any pets during the cleaning service.
Gratuity Tips are not required but are appreciated for exceptional service. You may provide tips in cash or add them to your payment.
