Standard Home and Apartment Cleaning Service Includes: General Living Areas & Bedrooms: • Dusting: Dust all accessible surfaces, including shelves, baseboards, and furniture. • Floors: Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop hardwood, tile, or linoleum floors. • Mirrors and Glass Surfaces: Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces to a streak-free shine. • Trash: Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners. • General Tidying: Straighten cushions, neaten throws, and generally tidy the appearance of the room. Kitchen: • Countertops and Backsplash: Clean and sanitize all surfaces. • Appliance Exteriors: Wipe down exteriors of appliances like the refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. • Microwave: Clean both inside and outside. • Cabinets: Wipe down exterior cabinet surfaces. • Sinks: Scrub and sanitize the sink and faucets. • Floors: Sweep and mop. Bathrooms: • Showers and Tubs: Scrub and disinfect all surfaces, including shower doors and tiles. • Toilets: Clean and disinfect inside and out. • Sinks and Countertops: Clean and sanitize all surfaces. • Mirrors: Clean to a streak-free finish. • Floors: Sweep and mop. • Towels: Neatly fold or replace towels.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for On-Demand Cleaning Service Effective Date: 01/01/2024 Introduction At On-Demand Cleaning Service, we understand that plans can change, and flexibility is important to our clients. This cancellation policy is designed to give our clients the ability to manage their bookings effectively while allowing us to allocate our resources efficiently. General Cancellation Terms Standard Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel their cleaning service without any charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. Generally, these bookings require a longer notification period for cancellations or adjustments.
